All right, we’re in Atlantic Beach today in a kitchen we just finished up. Now, this is a rental property, and this kitchen looked really, really rough before. Tenants were pretty hard on it, and the homeowners wanted to give this some new life and make it beautiful for the next tenants, and so we did a lot of upgrades here.
We did, everything is brand spanking new except for the appliances. All the fixtures are new. This is a brand new farmhouse sink. They had a regular drop-in sink before, and this just adds so much character to this particular kitchen. We’ve got the window here to look out the back window.
These beautiful floating shelves that are super strong. You can put anything you want up here. You’ve got more storage. We did the 42-inch cabinets to give you a maximum storage. It’s a small kitchen, and so you want to try and maximize as much storage, which brings me to this point. We had a wall and a small pantry, and they’re like, what can we do with this?
I was like, well, let’s just take the whole wall out and put pantry and just surround this whole fridge with pantry to get as maximum storage as possible, and that’s exactly what we did. These are all 27 inches deep, and so they fit the fridge perfectly, and I love how this kitchen turned out.
