We’re just off Kernan Blvd in a condo. This condo had a flood caused by a water heater that broke. The water heater line broke and flooded the whole place. Everything had to come out, including all the flooring. So we ended up completely redoing the bathroom, the kitchen, all the flooring, and the paint. We also did a bunch of drywall work. We did a lot of work here, and I love it when it looks like this. The finished product just looks absolutely beautiful. The client, as with all of our clients, got to customize everything, pick it all out, and then we just make the magic happen and put it all together.
For the Kitchen the client picked out a custom stone top, custom cabinets, and even the handles, which we found on Amazon—super good price and really high-quality metal.
For the living spaces like the living room and the bedroom you can see the flooring we installed continues throughout, and you can see the nice new sheetrock and paint we did throughout as well.
Let’s look a the only bathroom, which can also be considered a master bathroom with exclusive access from one bedroom. There used to be a large garden tub right here, and I love taking out garden tubs because they’re a little bigger than the standard 30 by 60-inch tub. That gives you a little more space for a slightly larger shower. Of course, we’re going to put the glass in here to complete the entire shower, but the colors are absolutely beautiful and they all flow throughout the whole bathroom.
We have the brand-new vanity with a top that matches the sill of the threshold of the shower and the bottom of the niche, and handles that match the rest of the house. When you do a whole-house remodel, you can pick out everything and have it all flow together. This bathroom turned out beautiful.
