ABOUT LEGACY RENOVATIONS

Jason Crittenden grew up in the mountains of Northern Utah, where he learned the value of hard work at an early age through commercial excavation, farming, and framing homes. Those experiences gave him a strong foundation in construction and helped shape the work ethic and attention to detail he brings to Legacy Renovations today.

Jason met his wife while attending college. Originally from Ponte Vedra, she brought him back to Northeast Florida shortly thereafter, and Jacksonville has been home ever since. Today, they are raising two girls and two boys and enjoy being deeply involved in their church and local community.

Jason and his family are also actively involved with the Down Syndrome Association of Jacksonville (DSAJ) and its fundraising efforts, helping support local families and provide resources for children with Down syndrome.

As Owner and Operator of Legacy Renovations, Jason's favorite part of the business is building a positive company culture, creating great opportunities for the people who work alongside him, and delivering craftsmanship homeowners can feel confident in.

For Jason, one of the most rewarding parts of renovation is seeing a homeowner's vision become reality—transforming a space they've simply learned to live with into a home that feels like the one they've always wanted.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys paddleboarding Florida's springs, spearfishing, freediving, raising chickens, and spending time with his family. And when he's not outdoors, there's a good chance he's playing old-school Super Nintendo with his kids.

Ashley Gallo is the Office Manager at Legacy Renovations and has been an important part of the team for nearly two years. During that time, she has taken on a wide range of administrative responsibilities, with her primary focus being client communication and project coordination.

Ashley is often one of the first people our clients speak with, and she works hard to make sure every renovation starts off on the right foot. From answering calls and emails to scheduling projects, coordinating with subcontractors, and assisting our project managers with active jobs, she helps keep each project organized and moving smoothly from start to finish.
Her favorite part of the job is getting to know our homeowners, building strong relationships, and helping turn their renovation ideas into a finished space they’re excited to come home to.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Ashley also spent time in Gainesville while attending the University of Florida. She moved to Jacksonville three years ago and was excited to get back into customer service and a role where she could work closely with people every day.

Outside of work, Ashley loves spending time with her husband and their two children, Elena and Oliver. Her hobbies include hiking, archery, animation drawing, and reading.

Ashley truly enjoys helping homeowners feel informed, comfortable, and taken care of throughout the renovation process, and she looks forward to helping with your next project.
