Legacy Renovations recently completed a bathroom renovation on the north side of Jacksonville, near Yulee. The design features a curbless shower entry for accessibility, where the bathroom floor flows seamlessly into the shower floor with a perfectly sloped mosaic tile for proper drainage. While this bathroom isn’t fully compliant with ADA Commercial requirements, the curbless feature, along with the grab bar, are ADA bathroom-type features.
In addition to a new shower, a custom James Martin vanity with a stone top was paired with a shower niche that matches both the mosaic floor and vanity stone for a cohesive look. The space also includes a two-system shower valve for flexibility and a custom glass door that keeps the bathroom open and airy. Styled with a soft, beach-inspired palette, this bathroom combines safety, accessibility, and modern design in one inviting space.
