This remodel is for a small restoration job on a ceiling that experienced water damage from a roof leak.
Pure Maintenance came in and did a water and mold mitigation on the ceiling. This was tongue and groove wood, about a million screws, a million nails. They took it all out, and restored the property to a health condition; prepped for us to come in and do a little remodeling work.
The owners thought this room was a little bit dark and wanted options for how to brighten it up and we came up with adding in six recessed lights with a dimmable switch and it absolutely came ou amazing. We installed drywall instead of tongue and groove and did so with a level five finish to make it look like as smooth as a butter.
