Legacy Renovations completed a kitchen remodel in Mandarin, Jacksonville, designed to improve both the look and functionality of the space.
The kitchen received light gray shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and a new backsplash running throughout the space. The existing appliances stayed in their original locations, while 42-inch upper cabinets were added for additional storage.
One of the biggest changes was replacing the old wire pantry with a custom butler pantry featuring a Lazy Susan, additional base cabinets, wood floating shelves, and outlets for small appliances.
The refrigerator was moved farther to the right. This created a larger, more usable countertop area and allowed for additional cabinetry above the fridge instead of having small, difficult-to-use counter sections.
The finished kitchen also includes a touchless faucet, new sink, pressure air switches for the disposal and lighting, and black Schluter trim that coordinates with the faucet and other finishes.
By keeping the existing appliance locations while making targeted improvements to the storage and layout, this remodel created a kitchen that is more organized, functional, and suited to the homeowner’s needs.
