Palm Coast Bathroom Remodel

Palm Coast, FL

Mar / 2026

Design: Modern Classic
Remodeled: 3/4 Bathroom

Project description

Before Progress

Today we’re in Palm Coast for Demo Day — one of our favorite days. We get to bring out the hammers and chisels and start clearing everything out. I wanted to highlight this bathroom because it’s a great example of the older bathrooms we commonly come across, and a good illustration of the kind of transformation we get to make. This one is becoming a walk-in shower, with an updated vanity, lighting, and mirror — a complete overhaul.

Right now the space has a separate European bidet and toilet, which we’re removing to free up room. In their place, we’ll add some storage and a single combination bidet toilet. As for the shower, it’s going to be stunning — multiple valves, rain shower heads, handheld fixtures, benches, and niches. We can’t wait for you to see how it turns out. Legacy Renovations.

Progress Video

We’re in Palm Coast. You’ll probably recognize this bathroom — we just finished applying the RedGard, and the shower floor tile is done. It’s a beautiful mosaic the client picked out. As I mentioned in the previous video, we’re still right in the middle of the project. The double vanity will go here, and the plumbing is all ready to go.

We removed the bidet and are adding a beautiful cabinet in its place for laundry storage, toilet paper, or hand towels. It’s going to look absolutely gorgeous.

We ended up going with a double niche, double valve system. One valve controls a handheld and a rain shower head with a niche, and on the other side, there’s a large bench and niche with its own valve, handheld, and rain shower head. We’ll have glass right here. Super excited about how this bathroom is going to turn out.

Finished Video

We’re back down in Palm Coast for the final day of this bathroom — the one you’ve been able to follow from start to finish. The transformation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I’m excited to show you around.

The first thing you notice when you walk in is the stunning vanity with two beautiful mirrors. Originally, we planned to have sconce lights on three sides, but once we put them up, the fit was a little tight. We made an easy adjustment and switched to overhead lighting, which still works with the existing electrical and ties everything together nicely.

Gold and black trim is the theme carried throughout the entire bathroom — you’ll see it in the shower as well. There’s a standalone storage piece here that complements the vanity, along with towel holders.

Now, the walk-in shower. This used to be a large, impractical soaking tub with a step up — not ideal. What’s here now is absolutely beautiful. With the gold and black trim and two pony walls, everything is laid out symmetrically. Each side has a niche and a valve: one for stand-up showering, and one on the bench side for sitting, relaxing, or shaving. The bench-side niche features a backsplash that matches the floor, and the handheld is right there within reach.

This turned out beautifully. We’d love to do something like this for you — give us a call.
