For this project, the homeowner carefully selected all the tiles from Floor & Decor, opting for large-format tiles to minimize grout lines and create a seamless, modern look. To complement the flooring, we incorporated a matching mosaic design, ensuring a cohesive and elegant aesthetic.
Instead of a traditional niche, we installed corner shelving, providing practical storage while maintaining a clean and uncluttered appearance. The custom trim, paired with a handheld fixed faucet, adds a refined touch to the space. Additionally, a sleek glass door enhances the bathroom’s open and airy feel.
One of the unique challenges of this renovation was discovering an unused void behind the toilet. Rather than letting this space go to waste, we built a recessed storage cabinet, maximizing functionality without compromising style. The cabinet doors are currently being painted to match the vanity for a seamless integration.
Speaking of the vanity, the homeowner found a stunning piece at Costco, and despite its weight, we successfully transported and installed it on the upper floor—because at Legacy Renovations, we always find a way to make it happen!
