We just finished up another bathroom and we want to show you all the cool stuff we did. We ended up taking up the entire subfloor as well as all the plumbing underneath the house with PVC pipe. This included taking out the pipe stack under the toilet; which was cast iron and not in good shape.
Everything in this full bath is new. This client had specific in features that they wanted, such as grab bar, a niche and then of course a shower trim kit with a handheld shower wand that he could use throughout the shower. He also has a little dog so he wanted to be able to wash the dog in the walk-in shower. We did the back of the niche with the same tile as the shower floor, marble was for the thresholds in the bathroom as well for the window sill in the shower.
We even installed a brand new window to go with the new bathroom.
The shower glass door we installed was custom, the vanity was custom and the owner picked out all the materials.
