All white kitchen remodel for a condominium next to the St. John’s town center in Jacksonville, FL built with with white shaker styled cabinets, white brick tile backsplash and sparkling white quartz countertops. Built with stainless steel appliances with matching brushed nickel finishes.
This was an unfortunate situation where the above tenant flooded the entire condo below. There was a water heater leak, and they didn’t find until it was way too late. So we stripped the kitchen down to the studs.
We did a lot of work here.
This kitchen had dropdown soffits which is so common for older condos.
The owner wanted more cabinet space so we took the cabinet space up toward the ceiling, putting in 42 inch tall cabinets. This gave her a ton more storage, and made the kitchen feel larger. We textured and painted the entire ceiling
She opted for the sparkling white quartz countertops. They are more reasonable in cost compared to other options out there. A lot of people opt for it; it is very high quality material and it looks very good.
